case study / product design
Clarifying editor flows and building blocks for people creating internal tools at speed.

Building an internal tool asks people to make many decisions at once: data, structure, actions, and states.
The design goal was to make the editor feel like a coherent workspace instead of a collection of disconnected controls.
I focused on the core path from blank canvas to useful app, with clearer empty states, predictable editing patterns, and immediate feedback.
Each step made the next action visible without taking attention away from the work.

The product direction makes complex building work feel more direct, giving teams a clearer way to create, configure, and ship.
A consistent experience lets new capabilities arrive without adding friction.
